Easy Deals of the Week: Need Batteries?

Welcome back to Easy Deals of the Week, where I show you how to get a great deal using only coupons from last Sunday's paper or coupons you can print from your computer- or no coupons at all!

First up is CVS:
Duracell Batteries- Buy $20 worth, get $15 ECBs (which you can use like cash on your next purchase)
Buy 4 packs at $5.29 each = $21.16
Use $5 off 2 tearpad coupon from the store (ask a sales associate if you don't see them- I got mine from behind the counter)
Spend $16.16, get $15 in ECBs (which you can then use to do this deal again, only without the coupon b/c it's limit 1 coupon per customer)
You can do this deal 3 times!

Zantrex-3 energy drink - $4.99, get $4.99 ECBs
Free after ECBs

Walgreens, Food Lion, and Kroger were pretty sparse this week, so the only other deals I can recommend are the ones still going on at Wal-Mart. For the complete rundown on those, check out Money Saving Mom's list here.

Did you get any great deals this week? Leave a comment and share!

  1. Thank you so much for the $3/$15 CVS coupon. I just got it yesterday. My daughter is very excited to use it. Also, I wanted to thank you for all the trouble you went through to get it to us. Thanks again.

Comments make me happy. Nice to know I'm not just sitting here talking to myself. So, thank you!
